Justin Staton is a System Architect and founder of Perspective Data, a company focused on helping businesses build the infrastructure required for sustainable growth.

From an early age, Justin developed a natural tendency to study how people operate, how decisions get made, and where friction exists inside processes. What began as simple observation turned into a consistent ability to identify what wasn't working and improve it.
Throughout his career, this pattern continued to show itself across multiple industries. Whether improving customer experiences, identifying operational gaps, or strengthening business processes, Justin consistently focused on one question: How can this work better?
This mindset led to measurable results across different environments:

This realization led him to formalize his knowledge through studies in data analytics and logistics while expanding into CRM systems, automation strategy, customer journey design, and growth infrastructure.
Today, through Perspective Data, Justin works with businesses to design the systems behind their growth, including CRM architecture, lead capture infrastructure, automation workflows, reputation systems, operational processes, AI-assisted business tools, and growth strategy implementation.
His work focuses on helping businesses move from reactive operations to structured growth environments where leads are handled properly, follow-up is consistent, and growth becomes more predictable.
